We’ve partnered with Bob Go (formerly uAfrica) to integrate with South Africa’s most reliable courier networks, ensuring your gear arrives quickly, safely, and with full tracking.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order.

Free Shipping Qualification:

• Electric Skateboards: We offer FREE Economy Shipping nationwide on all new board orders.

• Parts & Accessories: Orders over R1,500 qualify for FREE Economy Shipping.

For orders below R1,500, or orders requiring faster delivery, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Delivery Options & Estimated Times

Available options will be shown at checkout based on your location and order contents:

• Economy Delivery (Standard):

  • Typically 1–3 working days to major centres.

  • Regional or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

• Express / Overnight Delivery:

  • Available on selected products and routes for an additional charge.

Important Note on Batteries: Due to strict aviation regulations regarding lithium batteries, electric skateboards do not qualify for Overnight or Air Freight to certain regions. In these cases, the fastest available road service will automatically be used.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround:

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is collected by the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your tracking number

• A direct link to track your parcel

Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s system.

Delivery Notes

• PO Boxes: Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may incur longer transit times or additional surcharges.

• Signatures: A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items (such as boards) to ensure they reach you safely.

Damages, Errors & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos of the issue and the packaging

We will assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
